5. Limit the alcohol intake. As you already know, alcohol is loaded with calories, especially those sugary and mixed drinks. Try to limit alcohol to after 5 PM. This way, you will limit your daily drinking, especially if you are planning to drink in the evening. Have in mind that when you drink during the day, alcohol is throwing you off your vacation plan- and you dont want to spend your whole vacation like that. So stick to those few beers in the evening and youll be fine.
